Isn't it the best feeling looking back on photos of your family, this is what has excited me about photography - capturing moments and freezing time. I'm Esther. I am a mother, wife and teacher. My family and I live in Canterbury, just North of Christchurch. I have found my passion for photography through capturing our rural landscape, animals and my own beautiful family.

That led me to pursue educating myself and learning more about photography. I love how captured moments convey connection, love and tell a story. It is my aim to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and enjoy the moment.

It can be a bit daunting having photos taken, I know that myself when I am in front of the camera. I still remember feeling awkward on my wedding day, but our photographer put us at ease, and I feel so lucky to have beautiful images to look back on.

Being a mother, I know the value of having photos of your children as they grow. I know how fleeting time is, and that you can never have too many photos of your family. They will always be treasured forever.
